Charlotte Courtois, UNESCO Young Leader for Peace
Charlotte Courtois has been selected by UNESCO as a young leader for peace as part of the "Youth for Peace" program.
Charlotte Courtois, founder of the NGO Konstelacio, lecturer and specialist in cultural diversity issues, has been selected byUNESCO to join the Youth for Peace program.
Out of 8,250 applications from all over the world, only 50 young leaders aged between 25 and 45 were selected by an international jury of experts to take part in this initiative. The aim of the program is to support emerging leaders in setting up innovative projects in favor of intercultural dialogue, cooperation and the construction of more inclusive societies.
A rich program and personalized support
Throughout the year, participants will be supported by training, mentoring and $10,000 in funding to develop concrete projects in their communities. The program will conclude in April 2026 at the Global Youth Leaders Dialogue for Peace , organized by UNESCO in Guangzhou, China.
For Charlotte, this selection represents recognition of her commitment to intercultural education. For over 14 years, through Konstelacio, she has been designing and running workshops, educational projects and artistic initiatives designed to raise awareness among children, teachers and companies of the richness of cultural diversity. Her actions have reached thousands of young people in various countries.
In addition to her involvement with associations, Charlotte Courtois is also a speaker for companies and large organizations. Her lectures on intercultural management help managers and teams to develop the relational and strategic skills essential for working in multicultural environments.
Through this dual approach - educating young people and supporting professionals - Charlotte helps to strengthen the link between diversity, performance and cooperation.
By being chosen by UNESCO as a Young Leader for Peace, Charlotte Courtois joins a worldwide network of change agents and recognized experts. She is thus strengthening her international impact, both in the field and at the highest decision-making levels.
