From a simple experience with a lady who worked at the toll booth, we're going to talk about the fact that some cultures are more extroverted than others, and that our perception of people's enthusiasm or lack of it sometimes has little to do with how they really feel.
I'm taking you with me to the land of a thousand colors for a dose of good vibes!
