Changing the company through intercultural management: towards a better world?

Why is giving conferences on intercultural management in the workplace the logical extension of my 14 years as founder and director of an NGO?
We tend to imagine the world as black or white...
Associative commitment VS the corporate world.
Change the world VS make money.
Do good for others VS think of yourself.
Educate children VS train managers.
Except that I like rainbows.
I'm going to tell you why we can change the world by training managers in intercultural skills:
📊 On average, we spend 40% of our active lives awake at work.
If we could change the way companies think, by changing the way professionals (managers or not) think about their relationship with the Other, can you imagine the impact we could have on the world?
My aim is to arouse curiosity, to help people understand that there can be several interpretations of the same reality, and to support dialogue and collaboration despite and above all thanks to differences.
🛌 It's a bit like buying a good mattress because you spend a third of your life in bed. Investing in cultural diversity management in business is like investing in a good mattress, the impact is felt the rest of the day too.
🫨 If you're a cynic (and perhaps you'll say "no, realistic!"), then you'll reply that business isn't there to change the world, it's there to maximize profit.
Bah good news, we don't even have to choose between the two!
McKinsey's "Diversity wins" study, for example, shows that companies with greater ethnic and cultural diversity are 36% more likely to be more profitable than their competitors.
As the saying goes... " Why choose?"
So... shall we do it together?
