I'm taking you to 🇨🇴 Colombia 🇨🇴 to meet Juan Camilo Velasquez, General Manager Colombia of the Lactalis / Parmalat Group!
For this very first "Surprises Interculturelles " special interview series, we were lucky enough to be hosted in the recording studio of the Lycée Français Louis Pasteur de Bogota (AEFE).

What a pleasure to talk intercultural with Juan Camilo. And what a fascinating journey his has been, from Colombia to South Korea, via the United States, France and Brazil (to name but a few!).
Juan Camilo tells us about his own intercultural surprises, shares his vision of intercultural management and performance, tells us about the relationship with death in India or Mexico, or theevolution of Colombian culture, and gives us his take on French culture.
And, of course, he shares his experiences working for the French group Lactalis in Colombia and other countries!

 It was a great, great pleasure (and I weigh my words!) to welcome Juan Camilo Velasquez to "Surprises Interculturelles".

Juan Camilo's outlook a resolutely positive, optimistic and curious view of the world on the world and its cultures, he's a breath of fresh air!
