At Les Invalides, reception of the Engaged for Positive Impact Trophy from Neoma Alumni
Recognized by the Neoma Business School alumni association as a leading figure in social and societal impact
Last night, II had the honor of receiving the Neoma Alumni Engaged for Positive Impact Trophy in the Grand Salon of the Hôtel National des Invalides.
This award recognizes my commitment to promoting intercultural dialogue since I joined Neoma Business School more than 20 years ago (already!).
A trophy to reward my commitment to interculturalism...
Whether as a speaker in companies to talk about intercultural skills in the service of performance and cohesion.
Moving away from the classic "this is how this or that culture works" to "why, in order to perform in a multicultural context, you have to be willing to show vulnerability, develop your curiosity, and understand the concept of decentering."
Or by educating children about peace and intercultural dialogue around the world for 15 years with my NGO Konstelacio.
These moments of recognition and pride are invaluable in keeping the fire of passion alive.
So if you too would like to support my commitment while helping your organizations move forward, I would be delighted to come and talk to your teams about intercultural issues and leadership.
And if you're not yet familiar with the absolutely fundamental concept of decentering, send me a message and I'll explain it to you!
Thank you, therefore, to Neoma Alumni and Neoma Business School for their valuable support.
And a special thank you to Adrien Ruggirello for his infectious energy, to Jean-Michel Huet for his warm welcome and top-notch hosting of this evening, and of course to Ilan Benhaim for his passionate dedication to this wonderful network.
