Episode 16 | The time I had the fright of my life

Cross-cultural surprises

Cover podcast intercultural surprises tunisia

🇦🇺 In this episode, set once again in Australia, I tell you about a particularly scary adventure that happened to me in 2018 in the Australian bush, in the middle of a 1000km hitchhiking trip all by myself.

Australia is an extraordinary country. I parachuted over the Great Ocean Road, met koalas, kangaroos, echidnas and parrots of all colors, but also people of incredible generosity and simplicity.

But I also experienced a spine-chilling moment. In this special April 1st episode, I introduce you to an animal well known to Australians but very little known to tourists (to their great danger!)... the dropbear!

We're talking comfort zones, risky driving, mutual aid and folklore in this very, very special episode. Are you ready?

Whether you're an expatriate, a traveller or just curious about cultures and diversity, this podcast is for you!

Enjoy!
