Already as a child, in the depths of his native Anjou, in the skirts of his mother, who ran a warm and cheerful café, and lulled by the smells of walnut oil produced by his grandfather, he dreamed of adventure.

Driven by his passion for the restaurant and hotel business, he quickly rose through the ranks, opening hundreds of restaurants in nearly twenty countries.

He's a passionate enthusiast who never ceases to marvel at encounters and cultures.

🫨 I'm leaving the classic thread of my episodes to one side, because Jean-Luc is anything but classic.
This interview is an opportunity to discover his atypical career path, but above all to find out how the encounter with the Other can transcend the question of interculturality to make both dialogue and management fluid and self-evident.

🛫 From Tahiti to Japan, Australia, Dubai and the Netherlands, meet a man who loves people in all their forms.

I hope you enjoy this episode ❤️
